Build3 Kudal Eco Ashram

A 30-acre conscious living campus in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, developed as a Startup Eco Ashram. PEN Foundation Phase 1 closed in April 2026 with 157 precast concrete nodes deployed across the campus footprint. Return visit scheduled for May 2026 for Phase 2 commencement. The site selected PEN specifically because conventional excavation would have damaged the land character the ashram is designed around.
