A foundation that
finishes in a day,
not a month.
If you are building a single-storey or two-storey home, PEN Foundation replaces the slow, dusty, water-hungry first stage of construction with a clean process that wraps in hours. Each foundation point installs in 10 to 20 minutes. The whole foundation for an average home can be ready the same day the team arrives.
It’s the part that
holds your house up.
Every house transfers its weight to the ground. The foundation is what does that transfer. A conventional foundation does it through a thick slab of concrete sitting in a pit. PEN does it through a small set of steel-and-concrete units that get driven into the ground, no pit required. The result is the same kind of solid base. Just faster, drier, and easier on your land.
Built for G+0
and G+1.
Twice the load capacity
In our field tests on real Indian soil profiles, PEN carried up to 2× the load that a conventional pad would carry on the same site. That is reserve capacity, not a gimmick.
Validated by IIT and NIT
The system was developed and tested with IIT Kanpur and NIT Calicut faculty. The same engineers whose names appear on national construction code committees.
No digging up your plot
Trees stay. Topsoil stays. Boundary walls stay. Existing landscaping stays. Most homeowners are surprised at how little disturbance there is.
No cement trucks on site
The concrete part of PEN is precast at our factory and shipped ready. No on-site mixing. No water tanker. No mess.
Same-day construction start
Conventional foundations need around 21 to 30 days of waiting before the next stage. PEN is load-ready the moment it is installed. Your contractor can start the wall the next morning.
GRIHA certified
If you care about a green-rated home, PEN already has a GRIHA Council certification on its lifecycle carbon. That is a real number from a real audit, not a sticker.
A green stamp,
but with the math.
GRIHA is India’s national rating system for green buildings, run by the GRIHA Council with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. Most “green” claims in construction are not audited. GRIHA is. We submitted a full Life Cycle Assessment of the PEN Foundation, including every input from cement to steel to transport, and the outcome was a measured 52% reduction in foundation-stage carbon emissions, equal to 98.7 kg CO₂ per unit. That is a real number you can put in your project report.
Four steps.
One day.
Survey
Our team takes the column layout from your architect’s drawing and marks each foundation point on the ground.
Position
The precast M50 concrete node is placed at each marked point. No pit, no dig.
Drive
Battered GI pipe nails are driven down through the node into the soil. 10 to 20 minutes per node.
Build
Foundation is load-ready. Your civil contractor can start columns and walls the next morning.
The questions
everyone asks.
Is it really as strong as a conventional foundation?
Yes, and in most field tests stronger. Field-validated load capacity has come in at around 2× of an equivalent conventional footing on the same soil. The system is governed by IS 2911 Part 4 and validated by NIT Calicut and IIT Kanpur.
Will my contractor know what to do with it?
Yes. PEN is installed by our trained team. Once it is in, your civil contractor takes over from the standard column upwards, exactly as they would on any project.
What about my soil? My plot is sloped / rocky / clay.
PEN has been validated on CI clay and MH silt. It is also compatible with sands, mixed soils, and many sloping sites. We always do a site-specific check before quoting. Ask us with your location.
How long does it last?
Design life is comparable to conventional reinforced concrete foundations. The components, M50 concrete and galvanised steel, are standard durable materials with well-understood ageing.
What does it cost compared to a conventional foundation?
Cost is competitive in most cases and lower in many, especially when you account for time saved, water saved, and re-work avoided. We quote site-specific, not catalogue.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Warranty terms are shared in the project agreement and reflect the design service life of the components.
Can it be removed later?
Yes. PEN units can be removed at end of life without permanent site damage. This is one reason eco-resorts and forest-zone owners prefer it.
